Pet care experience
Hello! I have a wide range of animal experience. I have owned dogs, cats, hamsters, ferrets, snakes, lizards, guinea pigs, birds, fish, mice, quail, chinchillas - you name it, I've had it! I currently live with 3 dogs, 2 cats, a ferret, and 7 horses. I have been house/pet sitting since I was a teenager and have always had a love for animals of all kinds. I volunteer with therapeutic horses and have cared for a variety of farm animals including horses, pigs, goats, and chickens. I have a pit bull who was abused and very aggressive when I got him (now he's the best boy ever!) so I understand that some dogs may be nervous, and am willing to work with them to the best of my ability.

My dogs love Laura! My dogs tend to be shy with strangers especially my one dog but they warmed up to Laura very quickly. Laura was great with communicating and making sure she knew all the dogs details. I can tell animals love Laura because she has a calm and patient vibe. We are so grateful to have found her for all our dog needs :-) Highly recommend
Laura is awesome! I've never used a pet sitter before who wasn't a family member or close friend but she put my mind at ease and took great care of our dog, Luna. She took the time during our meet and greet to win Luna over with cookies and ball time and now Luna absolutely loves her! She even sent me a video of them playing while we were away. Will definitely book with her again in the future!
Laura is an awesome dog sitter and I trust her with my dog 100%. She is very knowledgeable about all animals and takes care of them like her own! She is very responsive in communicating while she watches your dog and sends pictures. She has been my go to dog sitter for over 5 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur baby !
Laura has watched my pets numerous times and I feel like there is no one better to watch them for me. Laura makes me feel confident that I can go away at any time and my pets will be well taken care of.

I am very flexible and willing to care for your pet in whatever way you think is best. I currently cannot bring animals to my home as we already have a small zoo here, but I can come to your home and provide walks, food, medication, playtime, or whatever else you may need.

Please let me know ahead of time if your dog needs any medication, has any allergies, or has joint problems that would prevent them from strenuous exercise.
A typical day
I would love to play fetch or run around in the backyard with your dog. If they prefer to go out we could go for a walk around the neighborhood or walk/drive to a nearby park or hiking trail. I'd be happy to do whatever the owner preferred!

Availability
I currently have three jobs, all of which are very flexible and work from home. I teach English to kids in China early in the morning, but am always done by 9am and can be done earlier if I have a Rover client that needs me earlier.
