I've always loved dogs, but my passion for pet care came from working at a Pet Hotel. Some of my tasks there, in taking care of all kinds of dog breeds including mixes, were cleaning up after them (even the dirty work!), feeding them, playing with them, and walking them. Working there was a stress relief, it never felt like work. That to me is the best kind of job! The unconditional love animals can give you is so precious. They are the most amazing, playful, and joyous beings! My dogs are 9yrs old and 7yrs. (both terriers) and I primarily care for them and give them medicine when they need it. My older dog has separation anxiety, so I am also sensitive to that :)
