Pet care experience
My husband, Pat and I are science and engineering nerds who simply love dogs and treat all pets like they are family. To us, all dogs are “puppies” lol! We often say hello to pets before greeting their walkers when we are out for a stroll...whoops ;). We have over 16 years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other animals (we also cater to those with special needs or other requirements). We always follow directions to the letter and send lots of photos, videos, and updates because we really care about the animals we watch and know you do too. We look forward to meeting you and your pet and adding them to our extended pet family! If our calendar shows unavailable, please send us a message as sometimes we are able to work with requests.

Laura & Pat did a wonderful job while house-sitting for my dog that has some behavioral issues. When I returned my dog had maintained all of the boundaries we had set for his safety and others. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
Laura and Pat were phenomenal. I was so comfortable heading across country knowing my furbabies and house were being cared for by them. I got lots of pics and updates and when I got home my house was super clean and dogs were super happy!!! I’m having them spend another week here this summer!!!!
I can be a bit particular and protective about who watches my pup, Enzo. But when it comes to Laura and Patrick, I have zero reservations. They are attentive and loving with Enzo and provided us updates while we were traveling. Our pup's needs were well taken care of and you could see how much Enzo loved being with them when we returned. I wouldn't hesitate to have them watch our pup any time we need a sitter!
Laura and I have been friends for almost our entire lives and I have always known her to be a very responsible and compassionate person. Laura has always been a dog person and grew up with her cocker spaniel Lacey. Roughly two years ago my husband and I brought a Shih Tzu puppy into our family and Laura immediately fell in love with him. We treat Gus like our family and have very high standards for who we trust to leave him with. To date Laura has dogsat Gus in our home on multiple occasions, whether they be quick weekend trips or extended international travel. When I leave Gus with Laura my mind is truly at ease - I know he's having a great time with her and getting just as much love and attention as when I am home with him. She also sends tons of updates, pics and videos while I'm gone so I can see for myself all the fun the two of them are having. We also leave detailed instructions regarding Gus' normal schedule and routine which Laura adheres to without fail while we are away. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!!
