Laura is passionate about animals. Anywhere I go with Laura she is pointing out how cute a persons pet is. When we talk about taking a trip the one requirement from her is that it somehow involves animals. Laura has a particular love for dogs and has owned a couple herself. She knows the mannerisms of so many different breeds and how to handle them. During the past couple of months with this Covid19 crisis Laura has applied for volunteer positions from animal shelters to aquariums, and has spent many hours acquiring certifications with FEMA. As a result she was accepted by FEMA to be deployed in the event of major disasters to rescue animals. If you want to see Laura happy just put an elephant in the room. She is the most compassionate person I know when it comes to animals.
