My name is Laura and I live in a house on half an acre in Shawnee with my two dogs, Hershey the dachshund and Oscar the mutt. I grew up around puppies and dogs, mostly Golden Retrievers and Spaniels. I love dachshunds and have had a few, and always want more. I’ve also had an Italian Greyhound and a Beagle. Spending this much time with dogs has taught me a lot. I know general do’s and don’t’s, basic first aid and have cared for a hospice furbaby for about a year. So I’m familiar with meds, no teeth, subq fluids. I have kennels of different sizes but won’t use them unless advised to. We also have doggy gates and even a doggy stroller for the seniors. ** Please note that I do require a meet and greet for new clients to be sure all dogs will get along.
