Pet care experience
We have lived with and taken care of animals since childhood. Our beloved eldest dog recently passed and we decided to open up our home to more dogs. We have had dogs stay with us lots over the years. We are calm and patient people who love dogs. We have two girls in the home with us who are very good with dogs of all ages. We also have two well behaved dogs, two and 12 years old. Our experience ranges from puppy to senior with allergy and medication needs. We are an active family and can adjust activities to suit your dogs needs. We live in a large house with a fully fenced yard, and in a neighborhood with lots of trails. We are both home full time, Maq works from home. A good fit would be a dog that is not aggressive, and house trained. We prefer a meet and greet with new clients, free of charge.

Laura & Maq were the best sitters for our pup Tyson. We’ve found a hard time finding someone we can trust who is also knowledgeable about dogs and truly loves them but we found just that with Laura & Maq. They updated us so we could really relax and enjoy our time away. Definitely will be using them for our next trip
Our dog golden doodle, Fozzie absolutely loved his stay at Laura and Maq’s. They both exude a calm, relaxed confidant energy that my dog gravitated to and was immediately at ease with us leaving him there, which is absolutely essential. I've left my dog Cecil with Laura and Maq many times and I can't say enough about about how amazing they are with him. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that when he's with them, he'll get plenty of walks and cuddles! They're both such lovely people with a real knack for handling dogs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dog-sitter.

A typical day with us has plenty of bathroom breaks, walks throughout the day, lots of cuddles and pets and many playful interactions. We are happy to send regular updates during their stay.

Availability
Maq works out of the house, so we are both home all day. We are able to take dogs during the day if you are working or have a longer day event. We are able to board dogs any day of the week. Since we have two, we are very used to fitting the dogs into our daily schedule.
