Pet care experience
Hi, we have joined Rover our three year old, Lila. Until recently we had a dog - Xena (a staffy / ridgeback cross). Xena had been with Nathan, for 15 years, since she was a puppy and was a great friend to him and later me and our little one. She was fantastic, great with people and other dogs, and I put this down to Nathan’s training and approach with her. Unfortunately, she is no longer with us due to illness and old age and we miss her each day. But this means that whilst we aren’t in a position to get a new dog at the moment, we are able and ready to help other dog owners! Nathan also grew up with dogs in his native South Africa from Rottweilers to German Shepherds and Maltese poodles, he has over 40 years experience with a host of different breeds.

Panchito was exceptionally well looked after and loved. The communication was excellent and I knew he was in safe hands. Panchito went on regular walks and toilet breaks and Laura gave him lots of attention. I will recommend her and will book again if our dates align. Thank you Laura for all your support.
Laura is an animal lover, in particular dogs. I have a large 4yr old greyhound called Ozzie, who adores Laura and her husband Nathan. Laura is a natural with animals, being a calm presence and keeping control of Ozzie when he tries to go after any small furries. Nothing fazes her in any situation, I trust her with my gut baby completely. Laura has lived in the local area for years so knows great routes for walkies, always keeping it varied. Ozzie always comes back happy and ready to sleep on the sofa. I highly recommend Laura for walkies or pet sitting.
Laura and Nathan have been great with our dog. Like all doggy parents, we’re particular about where we left Carter, our GSD and they could not have been better. Carter was well loved, even during firework season when he got scared. We got updates all the time and the proof was Carter almost dragging us back in the next time we passed their house! Thanks both of you!!

Friends have also relied on us to walk, fees and look after their pets. So as previous owners and having helped mates, we know what it’s like to want to do something whether that’s go out for the night, away for the weekend or even longer but also want to make sure your pet, cause let’s be honest, they are an extension of your family, is well looked after. So we want to offer a home from home to dogs and some peace of mind for their owners. We have a walled / fenced garden which your pet can enjoy. We spend a lot of time outside in the garden so there will be plenty of outdoor time. In our house there is plenty of space whether your pet wants to be around people or have their own space. Looking forward to meeting some dog owners and their four legged friends!

Nathan owns his own landscaping business and I work in PR. We both have relatively flexible hours and I am home three days a week, so we can also help people out during the week, as well as weekend. When not working you can find us in the park, visiting a local market, chilling at home and cooking or exploring another corner of London!
