Pet care experience
My husband and I grew up in Mexico with dogs as part of our familly. Since my husband and I moved here to Chicago our family has grown up during these last years. We got Kronos in 2018 a male Pomeranian. He loves to cuddle and play fetch. And in 2020 we had girl twins which now they are toddlers who love dogs much as we do. Through out the last 8 years that I have been working with Rover, I have taken care of a lot of furry friends, so many sizes and temperaments. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, high-energy dogs, separation anxius dogs, teminal illlness dog, rescued dogs and also cats. My husband Alex works from home and is able to help me with dog sitting. That means your doggie will always have company no matter the time. I am full time at home and have a very flexible schedule wich allows me to be able to attend any of your doggie needs. We will follow any instructions left by you and we will try our best to accommodate your pup energy level and any specials request. Your best friend must be comfortable around kids and other dog. Because life is much better with doggies we will happy to look after your Furry Family Member while you are away. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your best friend!

Laura is simply amazing. I had a lot of difficulties with a sudden departure, and Laura calmly and carefully helped me to iron them all out. She was extremely flexible and helpful with everything, prompt with communication, just completely focused on making it the best experience possible for me and my dog. What's most important, though, is that I can totally feel that Laura really, really cares about my dog, about making sure he's comfortable, well taken care of and happy. She pays such close attention to him, and let's me know immediately if there's anything not right with him, and tries her best to help in any way that she can. Laura was so great - our dog is a little nervous and can struggle to relax in new environments but did so well with Laura. She also provided multiple updates during the day that made us feel at ease with a new sitter.

Safety and fun is my priority My place is a two floor apartment which gives us a lot of space. Your pup will be free to run around always under supervision. I always use leash during walks. I have an open patio that is on my basement floor and a deck for you friend if it loves the open space when weather permits. My building have two front doors which are always closed and one back door with is high fence so the doggies for sure won't go anywhere without me.

A typical day
I love to keep the dogs happy and in balance. We will start our day with a good long walk at Humboldt park or at the 606 trail if weather permits it. After breakfast we can have a happy play time or if your pup prefers I can give it a good scratch session. At midday and afternoon we can explore my neighborhood or we can go to a dog park if your pup loves socializing. For evening we can hang out on my bed or sofa watching TV. I always do one last potty break before going to bed. Your pup will sleep in my bedroom next to my bed on a very comfy bed I have found that all dogs love or they can bring their own bed from your home. Every doggie is special and different. With that in mind we are always happy to accommodate your Pup's needs.

Availability
Our schedule is pretty flexible since I stay at home all day and I work only with Rover. My husband helps a lot since he do home-office and he can keep his eyes on the doggie as well if I need to run some errands.
