I've enjoyed tending to - and interacting with - my relatives' cats, dogs, birds, guinea pigs, and other pets since I was a kid, and for more than two decades, I've adored caring for my own furbabies - namely, a sweet calico kitty named Pawws and a cuddly domestic shorthair called Ruby Azazel. And naturally, I still watch, walk, and swim with my family's dogs (from a mini-Labradoodle to a giant Newfoundland) every chance I get!
