Pet care experience
When I'm at work or out of town, all I want is for my animals to be safe and well cared for. That's what I will help provide for your pets. I will treat your animals like they are my own, with lots of love and care. I've had dogs all my life, from Dachshunds to Rottweilers, and I love them like they are my children! I currently have a 14 year old mini (tweenie) dachshund named Sam and a 7 year old mixed breed (Dobie, Dalmatian, Cattle dog, etc) named Abby. I've also raised chickens and look forward to having them again. I am a Certified Small Animal Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. I've volunteered at the Humane Society and currently volunteer at a local dog rescue. If you're looking for a mature professional to care for your animals, I'm the one!

We were very nervous about leaving our dogs with someone we didn't know, but Laura was just great! The communication with Laura was very impressive. She responded to my initial contact almost immediately, in fact, I believe it was as she was en route to the vet. Laura took the time to find out about our dogs and their routines. The questions she asked made us feel she knows what she is doing and is very comfortable with dogs. She sent pictures and didn't hesitate to ask questions while we were gone, glad she did. We felt comfortable with Laura and would definitely ask her to watch our dogs again.
Laura watched our two pups over Christmas. She was excellent and provided me with updates during her stay. She was thorough and the pups loved her company. I would highly recommend!

Laura is fantastic! She watched out two fur-babies while we were out of town for the weekend. With one of our dogs being a puppy, watching them can be a lot to handle - she did a marvelous job. She kept us updated throughout the weekend and sent us photos as well. She was attentive, caring and responsive. I would definitely recommend Laura for your pet sitting needs.
