Pet care experience
I grew up in a household with 6 dogs, 4 cats and whatever waifs and strays needed rehoming or getting back on their feet. From here my mum and sister moved to wales and opened a dedicated animal rescue charity and now have 9 dogs, 6 cats, birds, chicken, ducks and reptiles all of whom I regularly snuggle love and spoil. I’ve dog sat often for friends for years and in my day job as a nanny I often care for family pets. I’m experienced and calm happy to take on dogs and cats who need some 1:1 care and love.

I was nervous at first of Tommy staying away from home for the first time, however Laura provided a fantastic service for Tommy. She made him feel loved and comfortable in new surroundings with lots of attention, plenty of exercise and lots and lots cuddles that he clearly enjoyed. As evidenced by the lovely pictures and video clips Laura sent, they struck up a wonderful relationship and I am certain he will equally enjoy further adventures with Laura. I highly recommend Laura.
Laura is probably the only person I’d leave my brood with! We’ve got 3 dogs, 2 cats and she’s just fantastic with them. She remembers each of their little quirks, feeding schedules, walking schedules, medication all seamlessly. She’s trustworthy and reliable. We felt really comfortable straight away and know she’s available for regular walking should we need it. Thanks Laura, the pooches & kitties thank you too.

A typical day
I work for two hours in the morning and 4 in the late afternoon evening - leaving me at home 9-2.30 completely free for fun! I do long walks in the nearby country park and can facilitate both on and off lead walks. I’m also confident in dog enrichment activities such as lick boards and treat training.

I currently work part time wrap around hours meaning I’m out of the house for two hours in the morning and 4 late afternoon leaving 9am - 2pm with me fully at home. On Fridays I’m at home exclusively from 1pm.
