I have known Laura for roughly 6 years, and in that time she has always been a dependable, responsible, caring, and trustworthy friend. Animals have always been a big part of Laura's life (from dogs to horses!), and she even studied Animal Science in her undergraduate career. Her love for animals is more than just an academic pursuit or interest. It is something she lives out daily. I have seen the care that she gives to her own horses and dogs and have always been impressed by her proactivity with them by providing for their physical, medical, emotional, and social needs. Aside from her competency as a dog caregiver, Laura also excels at communication (I have seen and experienced this in both personal and professional settings) and is a pleasure to work with and be around.
