Reliable Pet Care with a Zoologist
Pet care experience
I'm a zoologist and conservation biologist by education and love animals and dogs of all shapes and sizes!I have experience taking care of pets from the age of seven. These pets include a Dachshund, Golden Retriever, cats, a hamster, a turtle and rabbits. My family currently has another Dachshund, a Chihuahua and a miniature Poodle who I love taking care of when I'm visiting during the holidays. I also have previous experience of pet sitting guinea pigs and a hamster as well as working in a cat shelter.

Riktigt trevlig tjej. Märktes att hon var hund van då min buse direkt tyckte om henne. Fick massor av uppdatering när han var där och det kändes riktigt bekvämt. Märkte på Kuma nä jag hämta han att han hade trivts riktigt bra. Hon är verkligen en av dem bästa!❤️

When visiting your home to take care of your pet, I will be respectful and make sure to tidy up any muddy paws after walks before entering your home. Outside, I will make sure to provide a fun and safe walk for your dog! We can discuss beforehand the personality and qualities of your dog and based on this information I will make sure that your dog gets the kind of care best for her/him :)

Beforehand, I'd like to hear about your dog's personality. Does he or she get along with other dogs and are they for example scared of certain types of dogs? Do they have any other behaviours I should know about - barking at cyclists, getting scared by cars, a strong hunting instinct? And of course, I'd love to also hear what your dog loves doing the best, so we can make sure to do those activities in our time together :)
A typical day
Your dog and I can go for long walks or shorter strolls. We can go on leisurely slow walks, check out all the messages from the neighbourhood dogs and maybe sit outside and enjoy the day if the weather is nice. We could also go for faster paced walks if that’s what suits your dog better. Walks could also include playtime in a park or a visit to a dog park.

Availability
I'm a recent university graduate with a remote part-time job I do from home, meaning that my schedule is very flexible at the moment. I'm available at most times and also on shorter notice. Please note that at the moment I’m only accepting boarders for weekends/long weekends. Because I live in an apartment, I unfortunately cannot have dogs that bark a lot.
