ANIMAL LOVERS WITH BIG FENCED YARD

Laura & John here! Mum & Dad of two rescue pups! We love being around all sorts of animals. We have been fostering pups most of the pandemic and Laura has volunteered in a dog shelter for over a year in the past, and also at a farm! We are very loving and want nothing more than cuddles on the couch with our precious pups! During our introductions we always put Pancake in a muzzle as he gets very excited, but within 10-15 mins we take it off and he’s normal again haha. As you can see in pictures with his friends, he’s not aggressive just a little awkward at first.

A great experience for a worried owner and my two pups! Will definitely leave Max and Lena with Laura and John again. Quick to respond to messages, lots of photos and videos and overall very accommodating.
I had a last second plan and didn’t have a clue of what to dog my dog. Laura and her husband came thru and I have found a place I can take my dog anytime I need too. They were sending me pics and videos the whole time I was gone. Also got food when it was needed. Thank you guys.
Laura and John took such good care of our pup while we were away! They updated us on how he was doing throughout his stay and sent such wonderful photos. Will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family!
While abroad, I had to scramble to find a new sitter after the original (non-Rover) sitter could no longer take care of my dog. Though the situation was really stressful, I am thankful because I discovered Laura as a result. She immediately made me and, more importantly, my dog feel comfortable. It's impossible to list all of her extra and unexpected acts of kindness and generosity, but here are some highlights: -She brought along her own adorable dog when picking up my dog because she knew my dog feels more at ease around other dogs. -She shared some of her dog's supplements because my dog really wanted to try them. -She Facetimed me on the first night of my dog's stay with her to show that all was going well. Though I have had great experiences with other dog sitters especially through Rover, I intend to only go to Laura and John now should I need a sitter again.

One of us will be home during the day, we leave the back door open to our fenced yard so the dogs have the option to hang outside if they would like! We have plenty of dog beds, space and a dog paddling pool for water pups!

We would like to know if your dog has any medication and what for, also we like to do our own slow introductions as we’ve found that some dogs can be very protective when their owners are around. Also, we would really appreciate you guys respecting the times set for drop off & collection. We base our schedule around booked times, we can be flexible but appreciate a heads up. We only take dogs who are fully vaccinated!
A typical day
Neighborhood walks, we love being outdoors in the LA sun with our dogs (unless it’s too hot and unsafe). We have a spacious back yard were the pups play supervised!

There is always someone at home during the week days. We love to go on neighborhood walks in the evenings! We also have a doggy pool we set up during the summer days for the water pups!
