Hi there! I'm Laura and I can't wait to meet you and your dog! I'm so excited to make new friends to love and care for. I have a huge heart and all I want to do is share that love with others--dog and human alike! I know how hard it is for pet parents to leave their loved ones behind, and I want to give you peace of mind while you're away. I love all kinds of dogs and have always gotten along with them. I'm experienced--I've had dogs of my own and I've watched other people's dogs. I pride myself on being responsible and always follow through when I make a promise. I believe dogs should be taken care of based on their needs and I am willing to put the time and energy in to make sure they get the right care. I am a very patient person and have worked on training my own dogs to be well behaved. I am consistent and will help the dogs get the most out of their days. I am young, so can keep up with the most energetic of dogs, but having cared for older dogs as well I am gentle with them. I'm really looking forward to meeting you and your pet. Laura is a fantastic house sitter who communicates extremely well. Her attention and care are beyond expectation. She is organized, and readily helps out in situations, even when not asked . One could not ask for a better experience.
Laura checked on our cat while we were away during the holidays. Laura is very responsive to all communication. She provided daily updates with pictures (even though our cat is super shy). It was great knowing that someone was checking on him every day. Laura, thank you so much for taking care of Fez!
Laura is amazing! She is responsive, and she did a wonderful job of keeping me appraised of my cat’s eating habits in the wake of a recent diagnosis. She even brought in package unasked and came for a last minute visit when my flight was delayed. I cannot recommend her more!

A typical day
I will ask for recommendations from the owners about the dogs' preferences, but I love finding new areas to. I love playing games with the dogs, so will happily play fetch, tug, or whatever other game they enjoy. We'll explore the neighborhood and just generally have a great time!

- To provide the best care for your dog, they have to trust me. That means I require a meet and greet so we can get to know each other first. I want to know if they have any special needs, health issues, or quirks. I want to know what I can do to make them comfortable. Basically anything you think is important, I think is important.
