I have taken care of a variety of pets including dogs and cats since I was 8 years old. Family members, friends, and neighbors have relied on me to assist with feeding, bathing, and walking their pets.

Laura has cared for my dog Reece multiple times. Reece gets lots of play time and walks to sniff and explore with Laura. I will not hesitate to book with Laura again!
Laura would make a great dog walker or pet sitter. Laura, herself enjoys nice walks and has always had a love for animals. She takes great care in making sure a pets needs are met.
I have known Laura for many years and I can tell you that she has grown up around all kinds of animals, but especially rescue dogs and cats. Laura is a deeply caring person, a wonderful friend, and a lover of animals. I know she has cared for many pets throughout the years with love and tenderness at all the stages of their lives. I have witnessed her compassion and joy with several of her pets and loved ones pets. When Laura and I are out, we always stop and say hi to dogs- they just seem to love her. They can sense how kind and caring she is and feel safe to say hi or let her say hi. If you are considering Laura as a pet sitter or walker- you won’t regret it!

I live in a condo in a gated community with a lovely path that’s perfect for dog walks. (There are pet ducks that wander behind one of my neighbor’s property’s though, so if your dog is not leash trained and apt to bolt when they see ducks, please share this information.) Small to medium dogs may be easily redirected or taken a different path. I have some space for a crate if necessary.

A typical day
We'll play games and check out all the new smells in my neighborhood. If they’re a lap dog breed, I would give them plenty of attention (e.g., petting/ belly rubs).

I have availability for daycare most weekends and most holidays. I can do walks in the late afternoon and/ or early evenings. I am available for boarding most weekends and some weekdays.
