Pet care experience
I have been working with puppies, dogs, kittens, and cats since 2013 and prior to that, I have dog sat for friends and family. I have a vet assistant schooling certificate and work experience in the vet field for 3 years working in the metro Detroit area. I am hoping to become a groomer in the near future. I am very knowledgable about giving different medications and possible things that should be taken to the vet to be seen for. In my own home, I own 3 of my own dogs. The dogs I have are a large goldendoodle, poodle mix of some sort, and a medium retriever mutt mix. Smaller rodents I do have some knowledge and experience with. Minimal experience with reptiles and birds.

Laura is great! She really has a passion and cares for not only her dogs, but all dogs! I trust her with my dog, and I wouldn't go to anyone else!
Laura is an excellent caregiver! She was a vet tech at the vet office I go to and she was always helpful and educated about different things. She would help me pick out food for my dogs needs and would go above and beyond and help give my dogs pills when I knew they wouldn't let me do it. She is always so sweet with my dogs! I would always recommend her!!
Laura is one of the few people i'd ever trust with my dog, let alone any of my other animals! She constantly shows me how much she cares for not only her own animals, but others animals as well. Laura is so compassionate about what she does and is the best at it too!

Prior to seeing your pet I would like to know how they are with other animals whether dogs, cats, birds, ect. Along with how they get along with strangers. If your animal has any certain do's/don'ts like touching ears, paws, tail, ect. If I am taking them for a walk, I need to know if they pull or try to chase other animals/vehicles they see. I love all dog breeds but some bigger ones need to be well leashed trained if asked to be walked because I am a smaller built girl that will look like a scene out of a cartoon being dragged by a Great Dane if it pulls.
A typical day
If walking your dog, more then willing to take for a nice stroll around the neighborhood, park, or hiking trail. I am more than willing to play fetch with him/her in the yard if I am just dropping in for a potty break.
