Pet care experience
One of the most difficult things for me to do is convey my love and passion for animals. I can't remember a time in my life where I didn't have dogs or cats - my best childhood memories revolve around my pets, and that has continued to adulthood. To me, there is truly no better companion than a dog or cat. I have experience with both small and large breeds, having owned English Mastiffs, English Bulldogs, Great Danes and pugs.

Always helpful and reliable when dropping in on our pup, despite the fact our pup can be quite shy meeting new people. Always sends pictures and updates so we know she's ok, definitely recommend!

A fantastic home-from-home experience for my 2 Labrador’s … Laura is a lovely person & took great care of my dogs; she genuinely cares about animals and they can tell ! They settled into their temporary accommodation super-easily. Laura sent photos & updates which was very reassuring for me. The booking and on-boarding was very straightforward . I highly recommend !

As a pet owner, I completely understand the anxiety that comes along with trusting someone to look after your pets - I would love to give everyone I work with the peace of mind to enjoy their holiday / trip to the fullest, knowing and trusting that their pet is being cared for. One thing I can reassure you is that while in my care, your pet will be looked after as if they were my own and will receive the utmost love and attention. If you prefer, I can also send you regular photo/video updates of your pet! Currently, I live in a two-storey apartment and while I don't have a garden ,I do have a large enclosed balcony. I would also, of course, be able to take them outside - and for walks - at any (and all) times of the day. I also have no restrictions with regards to what rooms they have access to, nor do I mind them being on furniture.

If your pet has any special needs or behavioural issues that require specific attention or care, please let me know and I can be sure to adapt accordingly. In particular, please let me know whether your dog has good recall, whether they can be let off lead and what their sleeping arrangements are at night time. Similarly, if there are any activities they're particularly fond of, I'm more than happy to do these.
A typical day
I'm more than happy to work around your pet's needs depending on whether they're high/low energy. If the former, I'll be sure to take several walks throughout the day (or, if your dog has a set routine - happy to work around that too), visit different parks, and give them loads of cuddles throughout the day. If you're agreeable to it, I also know a few spots for doggy ice cream.

Availability
I work remotely 100% of the time and have a flexible schedule, so am more than happy to adapt my schedule around your pet's wants and needs. I also have the option of going to dog friendly co-working spaces like WeWork, so if that is something your dog enjoys, I'm more than happy to bring them along.
