Pet care experience
I’ve had a dog or two for nearly my whole life. I’m a mature single Mom in her late 50s who loves animals. They bring humans so much joy. I’m responsible, responsive to questions and view taking care of your pet companion as a privilege. I have a great relationship with my local vet 5 minutes away where I can call and ask questions if needed. I have a big beautiful fenced in backyard which your dog will love!

Laura was great with our pup and gave him lots of space to run around and play. She also provided updates throughout both days of his stay, which gave our family peace of mind the whole time he was there. Overall great experience!
Laura was so fantastic—she went out of her way to prepare her home and pets for Kota, and she made sure I knew how she planned to care for my pet. She was also SO flexible, and I couldn’t have done it without her!
I would not recommend Laura as a sitter. She was incredibly sweet and kind, but she left my dogs unattended while she went upstairs to shower and get ready for the day. She left the dog door open during this time and unbeknownst to me her gate was broken in the yard and only propped closed. My dog pushed open the gate and ran away. Regardless of being assured that the yard was secure, that the dogs would always have eyes on them between her and her daughter, and that the dog door could be closed and locked, my dogs were only in her care for 3 hours before they were left alone with the dog door open and the gate broken. My work day was interrupted to come find my dog and pick them up, which resulted in them staying in my office for the day (VERY against company policy). Not okay.
Laura and her daughter were great! Sent photos and a report card. With super short notice, she watched my pup on Christmas!!!! Amazing. Would recommend!!

A typical day
I love to pay lots of caring attention to your dog with petting, praise and ball throwing throughout the day. There is the option for me to walk your dog in my suburban neighborhood if you’d like and the weather permits.

I’m currently working part-time, fully remote so I have plenty of time to throw the ball for your doggie or just pay attention to them, while they are visiting. Best times for drop off and pick up are generally 8:00 am to 10 am and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
