Daily dogtopia for furry friends!
Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs-LOTS of dogs! Caring for several dogs helped fund my grad degrees, and I’ve always had multiple animals in my home. 5/5 humans and 6/5 dogs recommend me! Cats, too!
Reviews
Laura is an angel from the lord. She is the perfect match to be Ouzo's nanny. He made himself right at home and I know he felt safe and taken care of. I am sure he got extra belly rubs today. Ouzo and I thank you very much.
Laura has watched our beloved dog Lucy many times when we've gone on vacation, usually for a week at a time. Lucy always has a great time with Laura and looks relaxed and happy in her home (and she sends pics!) She's also watched a family member's dog, who can be a bit of a handful! I would recommend her services to anyone!
Laura is amazing with dogs! I have 2 dogs that I have left in her care for an extended time and they came back happy and healthy. I received photo updates and knew they were in the best hands. I wouldn’t leave my boys with just anyone so it was a relief that I found someone to love my guys like I do when I’m away.

I have a dog-friendly house with fenced-in yard, gated deck for sun-bathing, comfy dog beds, and fur-friendly furniture! Toys, treats, and (consensual) tummy time included! Lunchtime walks on the local dog path are part of our routine. I have doggie gates that can be moved around as needed while your dog acclimates to their new space. I also have a large soft-sided crate that can be used if your fur baby prefers. I make sure all dogs have a proper introduction to make sure everyone feels safe. We’ll all take a walk together around the neighborhood to get comfortable, then move to the back yard to play on leash. Once everyone is settled, we’ll move to off leash and play the day away! My little buddy Pluto misses having a buddy around since his brother crossed the rainbow bridge. He spent his first few months fostered in a house with 10+ dogs of varying size and 3 cats and we still go back for visits! My cat Lucy has always lived with dogs, but needs to know she’ll be okay. Well make sure the two of you are properly introduced, too. If your dog is game, she’d love to play once she knows you better!

Information Laura G. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any specific needs (e.g. dietary needs, medicines, crate for sleeping/alone time, etc). It’s also helpful to know a bit about their personality and specific behaviors you would like me to encourage or discourage.
A typical day
During a typical day we’ll enjoy play time in the yard, hanging out on the gated deck, and a lunchtime leashed walk on the local dog trail. Inside are many toys for play and dog beds and human furniture for napping. We have treats and fresh water throughout the house., or you are welcome to provide your pups favorite treats!

Availability
I work from home. My schedule is flexible and allows me to be with my pets all day! I have one small terrier mix named Pluto and a tabby cat named Lucy. Dogs who can be trusted around cats are welcome (though Lucy will likely lounge in her upstairs lair all day)! A complimentary meet and greet in advance of your first booking is needed to make sure everyone is okay.
