Pet care experience
Pet care experience Due to mine and my partners experience in veterinary (me as an emergency night care assistant and my partner as a qualified vet nurse and last year vet student) there's nothing we haven't seen/worked with and we both know how to perform first aid if this was unfortunatly ever needed. We both absolutely love our jobs but love the aspect of working with animals more and would love to bring this part of the job home with us. We also currently foster small breed dogs such as pugs, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Dauchunds and many more. We also have our own dog a foster fail (a dog we fostered and just couldn't give back as we fell in love with her). She is a female pug named olive so any dogs that do stay with us must be dog friendly. As we accept unspayed females we advise only male neutured dogs as they can get quite stressed with all the smells.

Laura was definitely the right choice for doggy day care! I've never left my pup with anyone but family so I was quite anxious, but Laura was so friendly and warm that it eased my nerves instantly. Tilly came back happy as ever and Laura kept me updated throughout the day with lovely videos and images which I really enjoyed. My pup Tilly was comfortable and relaxed enough to sleep on Laura's shoulder, which I was overjoyed at!
Our cat Miso had a great time with Laura. She fed, watered and played with our little one for a few days whilst we were on holiday. Laura was very approachable and friendly and clearly passionate about caring for animals. Would recommend.
Absolutely Brilliant , plenty of photos and videos sent of my pet , food and water refreshed , lots of play and cuddles for my baby. Such a quick responder for such a short notice . Will use again ! X

What to expect. At our home your fur baby will be treated like our own and will be allowed on our bed on the sofa and anywhere else they desire as well as allowed unlimited time in the garden especially in summer months. We have a 4 bedroom home about a 4 minute drive from the Cotswolds so plenty of opportunities for Walkies with a view. There is also playing field about a 9 minute walk (2 minute drive) from our house for less mobile dogs to still get out and about. We do try to keep all our dogs on a leash for safety how ever if your dog is known for good recall and enjoys time off leash there are a few enclosed dog friendly fields nearby where we are more than happy to take your fur baby if requested.

Please let me know if your dog has any medical or physical needs so I can accommodate to this. We are more than happy giving meds as well as monitoring health such as blood glucose levels.
A typical day
Our current dog olive loves walks in the park near our house and the occasional trip to the Cotswold for more walks with a view. She also loves naps on the sofa and sleeps soundly in our bed. So a dog that would also like these activities would be ideal.

Availability
Schedule I'm currently working full time (1 week on 1 week off) as a night care assistant in an emergency vets and my partner who will also be taking care of the dogs works as a qualified veterinary nurse and a final year vet student working days at a vets monday-friday. I only accept doggy day care and boarding on my week off work this is already implemented on the diary. Due to our jobs pets with medical needs eg diabetic are more than welcome.
