Laura was great with our dog and three cats. Always sent pictures and kept us updated on any issues. We will be using her again next time we are out of town

Worst experience I have had on Rover. Upon booking our house sitting Laura asked if we needed her to stay with our dog overnight, which we were under the impression was well understood. While we were away she put one of our blankets over our dog's crate, which we told her not to do since he has the tendency to destroy anything in his cage, especially a blanket. When we got home we found the blanket with multiple holes and no recognition from her about the damage and no responsibility taken. In addition, we came home to find a sticky note stating she took one of our nice bottles of wine, which we had on our bar cart, to a Christmas party because she didn't have time to get a bottle of wine since our dog had eaten part of his cone and she had gone out to get another one, but because she paid for the new cone we were "even" for bottle of wine. The new cone was also way too small for our dog and was squeezing his head in a painful way when we arrived home. She left the receipt stating we could return the cone for a bigger size, indicating she knew it was too small. When we arrived home our place was in a much less clean condition than when we left and I spent my Christmas eve cleaning up the mess she left. I would not recommend Laura unless you want your vacation to be spent stressing about the condition of your pet and home.
