Pet care experience
I am a dog lover who is unable to have one in my current living situation. I enjoy walking and jogging and playing with dogs. I enjoy walks, the beach, parks and enjoying Bay Area living! I am Bay Area native, work at a high school on the Peninsula. I am working remotely through mid-October and have more flexibility. I have pet sitting and house sitting experience. I look forward to helping loving dog owners and befriending new dogs! I live in North Palo Alto, near downtown. I grew up with dogs and have lived with dogs most of my life. Laura was amazing to work with! She stayed in our home with our very anxious tiny dog. He hadn't left my side since COVID and was very unhappy about us going away for a couple days. He is high maintenance in general and was being difficult in the beginning. Laura was able to win him over and put us at ease so we could enjoy our mini-vacation. She is very friendly and an absolute professional. We hope to have her sit for us again soon!
Laura would be an excellent caregiver for any dog that gets to stay with her. She is an incredibly warm person and is very enthusiastic about everything she does. She has spent a lot of time with my dog, Chief. She has taken him for walks, played lots of tug, and most importantly for him, done plenty of cuddling. Chief completely adores her for it. Laura would take care of any dog as if they were her own, and those dogs will not only be very well cared for but will have an absolute blast with her!
