Pet care experience
I’ve grown up surrounded by different types of pets my entire life. I’ve kept an eye on everything from reptiles to newborn pups. I have been dubbed the “animal whisperer” in my family because of my passion and love for all types of pets. I’ve been relied upon for taking care of the healthiest of pets to handicapped/special needs ones that need a little extra TLC. There is a special place in my heart for 2, 4, and even 8 legged cuties. I am always sure go above and beyond to care for them because your loved ones are mine. You can rest easy knowing your pet(s) will be well cared for.

Laura has been a long term go to for me and my pets. I have two dogs and two cats and I seem to keep bringing in more. I travel for work on a regular basis and Laura is the only person I can say I truly trust to properly care for my pets. She knows their temperaments well. Recently, one of my dogs had to start taking medications and she calmly taught me how to administer them. The big reason why I know Laura is one of the great sitters around is because she was busy one of the times I had to travel and I had to get someone else and it seemed like both parties were miserable and that sitter had company in my home. Laura is trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, and doesn't take the lazy way out when it comes to schedules. She's the real deal lol.
Laura is AMAZING. I could just leave it at that but I could say more. She is extremely passionate about animals and their well-being. She gave us homework which was to create a schedule (if we had one) or list of what needed to be done if our pups needed meds, etc. She sent us cute pics and videos to ease our pain of missing our pups. She kept to the schedule we set for them and we couldn’t have asked for any better of a person. Laura is extremely sweet, thoughtful and kind. On top of that, she’s honest. She is my go to any time I have to leave town or need some extra help with walks. My pups love her and she clearly loves them. I couldn’t ask for any better.
Laura answered me on very short notice, she cared for my dogs, rabbit, and cats. I wrote a cares. Guide(3 of my pets have to take medications) she followed my care guide verbatim. She is the only sitter I feel comfortable and confident watching my fur family, and I would recommend her professionalism, responsible, and caring work ethic to everybody looking for the same.
Laura has been an amazing part of our animal's lives. She has been around for the last 8+ years to sit for my three pups. As they aged physically and mentally everything seemed like second nature to her. My dogs were all house dogs and she followed my directions to a T. Over time our dogs started needing medications and she actually taught me ways to administer them. Unfortunately two of my dogs became quite sick in their later years and she was patient and kind with them. Unfortunately we lost two of them within the span of 4 months and she sent us a cards and called. Now she cares for one of our dogs when we go out of town and you can see they love each other. I will keep her around for as long as I have dogs.

I am a stickler for following my clients rules regarding their pet care. When it comes to potty breaks, medications, walks, etc. you can rest assured knowing your pets are well taken care of. Whatever is needed, I’m there regardless of the environment. Safety is number one in my book.

If your pet has special needs, I’m the one for you. I’ve taken care of many special needs pets (including my own). I’m comfortable giving pills and/or injections. If your pup ever has to receive CPR, I’m certified. When it comes to other special needs just let me know ahead of time so I can accommodate for them to make them as comfortable as possible.
A typical day
I enjoy playing different mind games, taking long walks a few times a day (or more) and going different routes. I love going to the dog park (if allowed by the owner), wrestling and playing fetch. I also love playing with cats either with the laser pointer or feathers. The best time is when everyone is nice and tired and they want to cuddle.
