I’m a wife, mother of 3 high schoolers, and a substitute teacher with flexible days. I’ve had pets all my life including hamsters, fish, hermit crabs, rabbits, 1 skunk, and 4 dogs. I’ve only boarded 1 of my dogs 1 time and realized that boarding was stressful for our Chocolate Lab. After that I realized that a dog is happier in a familiar environment with people that will provide loving companionship. I want you to have a worry free vacation by knowing your pet is in my loving care. I am experienced with giving medications (eye, ear, oral, and topical medications). I will provide photos and video by text so you can see how your loved one is doing. Lastly, I have a green thumb and will happily water your plants if desired.

We LOVE Laura! Since moving to Florida have had some pretty unsettling situations with dog sitters, and have much difficulty finding help. Laura has been perfect. Trustworthy, flexible, dogs love her (and we have some shy, picky dogs!) and we have full confidence in her. Our Basenji requires quite a bit of medicine on a strict schedule and we never worry with Laura.
Laura has taken care of two of our dogs over the years. She is fantastic with animals! She is very loving and she went out of her way to make sure my dogs were happy and well taken care of. She made sure to give them attention. I loved her daily updates. I would definitely recommend her to any pet owner!
We have used Laura and her family for several years in caring for our pup while we've been away. They have a lovely home and environment that makes any dog comfortable. Laura is great with Kenna and gives her tons of attention and daily walks. She is also very good about sending us updates and pictures as to how Kenna is doing. I feel super comfortable leaving Kenna with this sweet family. Highly recommend!!
Laura is THE perfect person to look out for your fur babies. She has great attention to detail, is wonderful at communicating and absolutely loves spending time with dogs. When I have to be out of town I can rest easy and concentrate on my work or family time knowing my dogs are well cared for. They are always happy to see her!
