As the proud parent of two chihuahuas, I understand how hard it can be to spend time away from your dog. When I’m away from my pups, I want them to feel like they’re loved like family—dogs are to be treasured! A dog in my care will be loved like my own, and you can spend your time apart with peace of mind. Aside from my two pups—Rosa, age 8, and Willie, age 11—I have been helping to look after my extended family’s pets for many years. In particular, my mother travels a lot, so I have been looking after her beagle, administering his medication and making sure he’s well loved. In other words, I have a great deal of experience with dogs—it’s a good thing I love them so much! I prefer sitting for smaller to medium sized breeds. If you decide to take me as your dog-sitter, I will do my best to preserve your dog’s daily routine. That said, I love to take Rosa and Willie for walks, and we often head over to the dog park over near the college here in Modesto. If your dog has preferred stomping grounds, I will take them there! I believe communication is key—during the sit, I will send photos to you to show how your little furry babies are doing, along with frequent messages. Regarding meet-and-greets, I just want to meet in an atmosphere where the owner feels that their pet will be most comfortable.
