Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my whole life, especially large breeds. I’ve raised puppies and taken care of senior dogs. Aware that every owner has their own way of parenting, I’ll take care of your pet the way you want. I think of pets as family members so you can rest assured yours will be loved, comfortable, and safe while they’re with me. While I’m comfortable with medication (ex. pills wrapped in cheese) I am not comfortable with giving shots. I’m not breed shy so the stereotypical aggressive breed does not scare me. I currently live with my partner and our 3 year old Hound/Shepherd mix named Finn. Finn loves to play and is pretty high energy so a meet-and-greet prior to booking would be required to make sure everyone is happy - especially you and your pup!

Laura is the best!! She sent us daily updates and our pup seemed so happy and loved the whole time! Our dog is a bit nervous usually but she fell in love with Laura, her dog Finn, and her bf! We are happy to have found such lovely people who treat our dog like their own ❤️

For daycare, I’ll be home with them all day and Finn loves to play and rough house but tailors his play styles to his friends. He’ll be my side kick for our services. For walks, I can either give very structured walks (heel, training, etc) or let them sniff and wander as they desire. I’ll be sure to give the walk YOU want. For boarding, your pet can either be out and free or crated, whichever you prefer. For context, our dog Finn sleeps in the bed with us.

A typical day
We’re up early every day (around 6-630 am), we go for a 10-20 min walk with Finn, followed by breakfast. We chill out until about 10-11 with a 20-30 min walk. Around 2:00 pm we do our proper exercise with a hike or long walk. Dinner for Finn is around 5:00 pm and the last walk of the day is around 9:00 pm before we go to bed. This our schedule but can edit based on your dog’s needs.
