I'm available to provide quality pet care and bond with your little pup! I have always had dogs and cats of my own, spent several years volunteering with animal organizations, and worked in a veterinary clinic as an assistant. I am well-qualified to handle to variety of scenarios that arise during a daily walk, visit, or homestay with ease. Moreover, I am glad to do them as I love our furry friends so much! I cannot provide homestays in my own personal residence, but am happy to work with your schedule to provide daily walks, visits, and weekend stays. Very acquainted with anxious puppers and anxious to know your routine! Let me know what works for you and your pups and we'll work out a schedule!

I can't recommend Laura highly enough! Our foster dog, Bugsy, can be challenging at times. He has fairly complicated dietary needs, takes medications and eyedrops twice daily, and is sometimes difficult to walk. Laura handled everything with great care and professionalism, working with us to learn specific tricks and visiting with Bugsy beforehand so that he could get comfortable with a new face. Going forward, Laura will be our first choice for a dog-sitter. Not only is it helpful for us to have someone like her to depend on, it's also proven very beneficial for Bugsy who is (in large part because of her influence) learning to be more sociable and friendly. I am a lover of all dogs, great and small -- no breed preferences! Before dog sitting, I would like to know about your pupper's daily routine, food preferences, medications, and annoyances. It is also always helpful to have an emergency vet phone number on hand (I have never needed that information, but better safe than sorry).
A typical day
I'm new to MD, so doggie and I will take the opportunity to enjoy the summer and local parks. But, then it's off to a coffee shop to chip away at some work where your doggie can socialize with the hipster scene and catch up on the latest cut and collar trends.

I'm currently working remotely so I'll have plenty of time to play and walk with the pups / cats. And I have a cat of my own, so I TOTALLY get how important the attention is to our extended family members.
