Hi there! I’m a Minnesota born, Houston based dog lover and I’m glad you’ve found my profile! I grew up around dogs both big and small as we had a daschund and labs. I have a lab mix furbaby of my own so I know how important it is to have good care when gone. My dog, Milou, is 2 years old and loves other dogs and people. I have 5+ years experience volunteering with various animal shelters as a dog walker, kennel care assistant, and training assistant, and have lots of experience house/dog sitting for friends and family. I’m very active and love to explore new trails, parks (dog parks are my favorite place), hikes etc. I also enjoy running so I’d be more than willing to run with your dog to burn off some of that extra energy!

Laura was absolutely amazing! This was my first time leaving my 1-year old Golden with someone from Rover and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. She took excellent care of my pup with plenty of walks, playtime and photos. She was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive while I was away and I couldn’t have been happier! I will most definitely be using Laura’s services again in the near future! ?
Laura was great with taking care of my baby & keeping me updated a few times each day with his outings & home activities with her. I would recommend Laura to other dog pawrents & book her services again.

Today was Laura’s first visit to walk our pup Lana! She was on time and went above and beyond to walk Lana around the neighborhood and throw some balls in the park. I can imagine Lana loved the time with her! Will keep her in mind for future pup visits :)

I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space to roam safely. My dog loves hanging out back there and would enjoy a teammate to help him put the neighborhood squirrels in their place :)

Let me know if you have specific routines, diets, rules your dog should follow. Having gone through training with a quarantine puppy of my own, I know the importance of consistency and sticking to the rules while the pawrents are away. Our pup is on a raw food diet so I am familiar with those.
A typical day
I love to explore! Whether a stroll through the city, visit to the park, or a weekend hike, we will be sure to get outside and have lots of fun!

Availability
I work from home so I am around to provide company, potty breaks, and perhaps even a lunchtime trip to the dog park! Canine coworkers are my favorite.
