We were gone for a week and Larissa did a great job w/ our shepherd mix dog. Larissa was quick to reply to my initial response and answered all my questions. We met before deciding on her for an interview and for her to meet our dog. She was on time and able to answer all of my "what if" questions I asked. Just as importantly our dog quickly took to her and she was very comfortable and friendly around him. We reserved her and she came over again for me to give her specific instructions for our week away. She stayed at our house and "played" with our dog every day since we didn't want her to walk him. She made sure he was fed, watered and well cared for. She followed all my instructions and even brought in our mail & trash cans and left our house cleaner than how we left it :) We have already booked Larissa for another stay. I felt our dog and home were in good hands while we were away. This was our first experience w/ Rover and I'm glad we found Larissa.

Agreed to come to house at 7pm. At 8 she still had not arrived. When we contacted she stated she was at work and would not be able to be there until 1am. She did not inform us of this prior to us leaving. When interviewing we stated we would like lots of communication. No communication was provided unless we contacted her first. Her schedule disrupted the schedule our boy is use to. As she slept until noon. He is use to breakfast around 6 am. When we arrived home - she had left earlier than she was suppose to. And left our house unlocked - both front and back door.
