Pet care experience
As someone who LOVES having a dog by her side, Rover is a great opportunity to make that happen! My wonderful, vet tech, mother has made sure dogs were a part of my life from the start. We both agree that dogs are a girl's best friend. While nothing can replace my 2 sweeties at home, I know they would be glad to hear that there is enough love to go around. I started dog sitting in 2019 while living in Ohio, and have recently decided to continue using Rover here in Florida, because I just love being around pups. The comfort of a client knowing their dog is in good care is very important to me, because I know that we consider them to be family! I am so eager to meet your pup (and you of course!)

Larissa was great with Scrapple! She stayed and napped and played with our pup while we were away and would send pics anytime we asked. She gets some really cute pics too! This was our second booking with her and will book again when needed!
Larissa was a perfect caregiver for our pups. She is definitely welcome in our home next time we have to go away.
Larissa knows that your dog is not your pet. It is your family member. She has had dogs in her family since she was an infant. Our puppy is anxious and timid. She is gentle and lets our puppy gradually warm up to her.
Larissa has been a wonderful part of my life for 21 1/2 years and I can vouch for her as well as her love of dogs. She will provide love as well as wonderful care for your pets! She is knowledgeable and has 4 rescue pups of her own. No worries if you hire Larissa.

I will follow any safety precautions you’ve set in place for your pets. Leashes are necessary on walks. I will monitor your dogs inside and outside the home, especially those troublesome puppies!

Knowing how a dog interacts with other people and other dogs is always important, especially if we have walks planned! I have no breed preferences. I'm a sucker for them all! I am, unfortunately, allergic to cats, so overnight stays with them, can very rarely be done.
A typical day
Because all dogs are different, the walks will be very much catered to them! High traffic areas can be a nervous setting for some, so quiet neighborhoods may be preferred. Cuddle sessions are bound to happen! If they're not allowed on furniture, I will join them on the floor!

Availability
I work as an art teacher in Tampa, so I am available after school hours for walks and drop-ins. On school breaks, especially summer, my availability is almost wide open!
