I am a military helicopter pilot part time, and love animals of all shapes and sizes! I grew up with cats my entire childhood and miss my two dogs so much. One was a 40 lb retriever mix who is deaf - I taught her sign language for tricks! The second is an energetic epileptic border collie who I taught commands to help out her deaf sister. Since I had two special needs dogs I am very comfortable with dogs of all ages and needs, giving medication or administering special care. Just tell me what you do and I will do it the way you do to keep it consistent for your pet. I love animals of all types, and will love yours like they are my own. I will keep to all your rules, and can offer basic command training too! If you have any special requests I can accommodate, whether it be bath time or taking them on a run. I look forward to meeting your amazing animals!

Larissa was wonderful & took great care of my highly energetic puppy! I was able to travel without any stress knowing he was in good hands. I received videos and pictures daily of him having the best time! Her two other dogs were also great and they all became fast friends. I would love to use Larissa again in the future.
We were very hesitant having someone check on our puppy for us as not everyone can handle 120 pounds of pure energy. Larissa and Django got along right away, she was quick to schedule a meet and greet and asked a lot of questions so she was prepared to care for our guy. Larissa was on time, provided many pictures which I loved and a thorough update of our pup during their time together. We look forward to booking with her again!
Throughout the entire time I’ve known Larissa, being an animal lover comes to the front of my mind. She has always been so willing to help others and animals wherever there is an opportunity to do so. Larissa has helped care for all 3 of my dogs, and other animals including cats, chinchillas and more. Larissa is the most detail oriented person I’ve met, and will take the best care of anyone or any animal she comes across. She is intelligent and quick thinking. She is patient and has experience with dogs with special needs. I couldn’t think of a better person to take care of my dogs.

A typical day
I’d love to take them to a trail, I know they enjoy smelling new places. We can go on a run, a walk, play fetch, frisbee, or just snuggle if that is what they prefer. Many dogs love to connection they receive though training, they are so eager to please and receive treats, it’s such a good brain activity as well.

I’m currently working part time so I have lots of extra time to play with your pups! I walk or run at least 3 miles a day, I would love some puppy company while I enjoy being outside!
