Hi! My name is Larissa and I want to walk you doggo! I have owned dogs since I was nine years old. I have also owned cats, guinea pigs, birds, sugar gliders, and reptiles. Have other pets? I’d love to check on them too! During my time here in Gainesville I decided to turn my passion for all animals into a career. I became a student and zookeeper at the Sante Fe College Teaching Zoo where I cared for over 200 exotic animals for two years. Care included daily husbandry, enrichment, and operant conditioning training methods. All these valuables lessons I learned helped me to be a better animal caretaker with a wide range of knowledge. Upon graduating from the program I was lucky enough to obtain at position at the UF Small Animal Hospital as a vet tech assistant. My training and personal experience with all kinds of animals makes me the ideal candidate to spend time with your best friend! I have a flexible schedule and transportation, and would love to be your pup’s trusted caretaker!
