With over a decade of pet care experience under my belt (started at 12!), your furry friend is in good hands with me. I believe every pet is different and deserves care tailored to their specific needs! Having house sat and dog walked throughout my teens and early 20s, I’ve learned to adapt my care style from sweet old Mini Yorkies to rambunctious Bernese Mountain dogs. I grew up with 3 energetic chocolate labs so I know how to keep up with the most playful of dogs! This also means I’ve seen first-hand when a dog starts to slow down and needs extra care as they reach their later years. From hiking adventures and long games of fetch, to gentle care and extra love for seniors, I've got it covered. Although my passion for pets extends to all furry babies, I truly am a cat lover at heart! I'm experienced in gaining cats' trust, ensuring their comfort, and winning over even the most hesitant feline friends – just ask my own sassy-but-sweet tortie! I grew up always wanting a cat and finally got a sweet, orange tabby as my best friend when I was in 8th grade. Since then, I’ve house sat for cats of all shapes, sizes, and spice-levels!! I’m now in the area for med school with my tortoiseshell kitty and am eager to make some more furry friends! Given my background as a CNA and now med student, I’m comfortable caring for pets that may have special health conditions or needs.
