I am excited to open my business up to Rover clients! I have been working with dogs since I can remember, beginning with my mom being a breeder throughout most of my childhood. Later, I learned my degree in psychology and experience in education provide transferrable skills into the dog training world! Professionally, I have been dog-sitting and training on the side for four years. This has typically only been during the summer- when school is out (I am a school counselor.) With COVID, I am working from home for the foreseeable future and would love to expand! Happy to help out with your furry loved ones while you take a much needed vacation from our current reality! Working remotely and want to spend some time up north? Camping? I'm here to help! Day care or overnight boarding, I love creating fun and interesting experiences for your pups. Many need a lot of brain stimulation (agility, challenging toys, training) in order to be able to find peace and calm when it is time for bed. Need help with your pups manners? Happy to add on leash training and any other trick you have been working on! I do have my own dog- an 8 year old lab who loves other dogs! His presence is up to you- he can stay for fun socialization for your pup, or he can also go on vacation to my uncle's (his second home!) I am also open to house sitting if your pup would prefer to remain in their own comfort space. Please let me know what your needs are, and we can see if we are a good fit!
