Pet care experience
I have been caring for dogs consistently for the past 4 years, and prior to this have lived with my own pets all my life! At the moment, I already provide walks twice a week to a lovely retriever, and just love to be around dogs!

Lara is a reliable, commited and friendly person, who i would absolutely trust with my animals. Personally, my lab and weimarana completely adore her and shes always shown love and compassion for them. Would 100% recommend her to be a pet caregiver!

I have a fully fenced, secure back garden, and your dog will have constant supervision and/or company throughout their stay! I try to adhere to dog owner’s preferred rules when having dogs to stay (if your dog is allowed on sofas/beds at home, they are also allowed on furniture whilst staying, and vice versa!)

Please let me know about your dogs personality and quirks! If there’s any key information you think I should know, to ensure the safety and happiness of your pet- do share it! I won’t be frightened off- I’d much rather know ahead of time so I can make sure your dog is the most comfortable during their stay! I don’t mind dogs who need to stay leashed during walks, or dogs that have specific fears/dislikes as I have dealt with a range of dogs of all sizes/breeds/ages before.
A typical day
I am happy to take your dog on a walk/walks of any length to suit your dog’s needs- there is lots of green space around where I live so allowing your dog to run off steam is no problem at all! Weather of all types doesn’t phase me, and I am also happy to take your dog to the beach if it’s something they like to do!

Availability
I currently attend university, and generally have around 2-3 on campus contact hours a day, however I am home for the remainder of the daytime and can therefore offer company and care to your canine companion for most of the day as well as during the evenings/overnight.
