Hi! My name is Lara, i'm totally animal mad and the proud of owner of two dogs and a rescue cat - although i've previously also owned horses, rabbits, fish and hamsters. In addition to this, I have many years experience working as a student veterinary nurse before deciding to change tack and start my own business caring for your pets. I'm fully DBS checked, first aid qualified, insured and offer free consultations prior to your service to give you and your pet a chance to meet me and discuss exactly what you need out of my service. ​ I understand leaving your pet in someone else’s hands is not easy, and that you have to be able to relax knowing they are getting the best possible care and attention. I have also completed  level 2 competence certificates in pet sitting at Writtle University College as well as doing a dog related business course. Due to my past experience working in veterinary, I am also able to look after animals with health issues or recovering from surgery and can competently give insulin, oral medication, rebandage and apply topical creams. ​ I also offer additional services such as ear cleans and nail clips which can be discussed in your consultation.
