I raised 7 standard poodles, 1 toy poodle, Annie, pictured in my profile photo, and 1 three pound chi, Lola. They were my family. I groomed them myself, traveled with them, and still miss them a lot. I don’t have any dogs now, but enjoy sitting my son’s two Yorkers when he takes his family on vacation.

I don’t have a fenced yard and don’t believe that any fenced area is good for a dog. Dogs have to be walked on a leash - they also need to exercise as we do!

Availability
I am retired and have a very flexible and active schedule, which includes walking in the parks or just around the block ( trying to make 8000 steps per day). Walking with a dog would definitely be more fun.
