Laney D. cancelled a booking within a day of the start date.

Laney is nice but I believe the care of my dog could’ve been better. When I arrived the dogs were in cages in the garage barking. When I came to pick up my dog he had a bruised nose which was said to have happened when my dog was in the kennel for sleeping. I’m not sure how a bruise like that would happen to a dog that was actively being cared for. I would understand if it happened while he was left at home in the kennel but for sleeping that seems unacceptable and like my dog was not being cared for. I also was not notified that something had happened to him before I came to get him which to me also feels like he was not actually being watched. I feel like this could’ve been avoided if Laney would’ve been more open and letting me know the dogs stay in the garage or would be in the garage for periods of time. I used Rover to avoid having my dog sleeping in a kennel and that seemed to still happen. I also provided a play pen that my dog could’ve stayed in as well rather than the kennel.
