Pet care experience
I have owned animals my entire life, as I am currently attending the Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine for my DVM. I also worked at a boarding facility, caring for dogs and cats already and am looking to expand and care for more fur babies! I am very comfortable working with any size and age of animals as well as breeds and species. I have also been shadowing around Veterinary clinics for about 5 years now, so I know how to give a lot of medications or assess certain situations if needed.

Laney took great care of my elderly cat when I was out of the country.
Laney did a great job watching my senior cat for a week. I also appreciated the extra effort put into his care and clean up.
Laney did a wonderful job dropping in and taking care of our dogs, I would highly recommend her, she did everything asked of her, and the greyhounds just loved her, she's definitely a keeper and will use her again!
Laney is a pleasure to work with! She has always made our puppies feel welcomed and treated them as her own. I would trust her with any animal that I own. Highly recommend!!

I have handled dogs of other owner’s at the boarding facility I worked at, so I am comfortable with reading dog and cat behavior as well as walking them on leashes or cleaning up after them. I always follow a set schedule on feeding/walking/medications/etc. to ensure the pet is comfortable and feels as if they are in their normal environment! I will do everything I can to do as the pet owner asks to ensure their babies are in good hands!

A typical day
I love engaging dogs in activity that suits their needs best! If they are high energy, I will take them for a walk, or play with them at a park. If they are lower energy, I will sit and give them company and plenty of love!

I only work part time currently, and my shifts are 4 hours at a time, so I have plenty of spare time to ensure your pets get the absolute best care they can get!
