Pet care experience
I grew up with a miniature schnauzer and have been in love with dogs ever since! I have 16 years of dog experience walking, playing, feeding, and nurturing. I've always felt like dogs and I really understand each other. If your dogs are aging or have special needs I am patient and naturally very empathic. I will always do what is best for your dogs. In regards to humans I am very attentive and detail oriented. The instructions you leave are the ones I will follow. If you decide to invite me into your home I am very respectful and sensitive to other people's spaces. I understand the trust that is being placed in me by allowing me into your life, space, and of course the privilege of meeting and caring for your sweet little companions.

Having Lane watch our pet was an amazing experience from beginning to end. We booked her for 3 nights. She stayed in constant contact with us and made sure to send us pictures of our dog, Scooter. Scooter had a great time and was taken care of like he was her own. We also had the chance to spend some time with Lane. She’s a great person who we enjoyed getting to know. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. If your considering her for an overnight stay or just a walk….hiring Lane is a no brainer.
Lane was so great with my 8 month old puppy! He can be a handful when I leave (covid puppy separation anxiety) but she was awesome with him. Constant communication and very polite!
Lane saved the day. We had booked a rover sitter and the cancelled last minute. Lane kept us informed with status reports and photos throughout the stay and when we returned Parker was utterly at peace and it was evident that he was well cared for. Lane followed all directives about his care to a “t.” We’d definitely request Lane sit again in the future.
On time and communicative, loved working with Lane and so did our pup!

A typical day
I am a nature person at heart so the first thing your dog and I will do is to always find the most peaceful and quiet walk in your neighborhood. I want your dog to feel really rejuvenated and destressed by the time they are home! For drop ins or overnight stays I love playing and engaging with your dogs. I am really good at letting their own energy come through. If a dog is shy at first I will let them warm up to me, if they are lovey I will love on them, playful I will play with them. I also take good care to heed your own advice and instructions as you will always know them best!
