Landon was great as always. The pets love him and he always goes above and beyond when staying at our house.

Landon was excellent with timely communication, arriving on time, being home with our dog, helping me out by putting an item on the porch for a pickup, leaving the home tidy and being flexible with a change in schedule the first night. Unfortunately, when we got home we found a large wood dowel that we use in a sliding door track chewed up into hundreds of splinters, a chewed up flip flop and a rubber door stop chewed up. Our dog is not a chewer, and this could’ve only happened if 1) Landon let him do that or 2) Landon had no idea he was doing that. Upon reviewing the Ring cameras and doorbell, I saw that Landon took him out for 2 walks out of 4 days; the first walk being 12 minutes and the second 6 minutes. I did specify I wanted him walked daily. He was only let out in the morning and in the evening, my concern with that was that he rings a bell to go out, and 90% of the time I saw Landon on the outdoor cameras, he had his gaming headset on, leading me to believe he probably couldn’t hear my dog indicating if he had to go out or not. I also saw a problem with an Amazon delivery where they couldn’t shut our garage door and knocked on our front door for a few minutes. Possibly Landon choose not to answer, which is fine, but I can’t help but wonder if he just never heard anything going on. Purely based on observation, I do think Landon was not always aware of our dogs needs or aware of where he was and what he was doing, and I think our dog probably felt a bit neglected.
