I have been involved with the care of animals since I was about 6. When I finally grew up enough to care for an animal independently I was about 16. At 18 for graduation I got my first official cat, the true match to my own self. Since then I have worked in advanced pet care through better nutrition and training over the last 15 years. I prefer gentle training methods that build trust rather than ever using fear or physical force to overcome an animal. I currently own a 7 year old American Staffordshire Terrier and 3 wonderful cats. They are all one happy family and my dog Evie has the sweetest disposition in the universe. No aggression what so ever. She loves babies of all kinds however I have no problem leaving her home with the cats while I take care of your fur children. I am also comfortable giving animals medication when needed and I’m fully trained in the proper usage of CBD for dogs and cats as well as other natural anti anxiety alternatives. I specialize in individualized pet care. I currently make my own schedule working from home which allows me the freedom to help take care of any pets who need my assistance. When booked for In home stays I commit the bulk of my time to your pet(s) and home keeping in mind that I have my own animals to care for and check on. I’m never gone from the home longer than 4-6 hrs allowing me to keep feeding and potty times on schedule as well as lots of companionship. My dog Evie is beyond friendly but she does not have to join me on away stays unless approved by the dog/home owner(s). I am happy to do anything you do just the way they like it. Some animals can be so particular so I have no problem following their routine or scheduled. Feeding times, walks, potty time etc… I’m just a guest there to help the animals during the discussed times and dates. Simple. I’m clean and tidy and like to leave everything exactly how I found it. Also my friends all live out of state so you never have any concern that I will invite a guest to join me in your home. That is not professional and I do not have guests in someone else’s home. Period.
