Being away from your pets is stressful for both you and them. I love all animals, and have experience caring for dogs and cats while family and friends are out of town. I grew up with Yorkshire terriers, but also have plenty of experience caring for larger sized dogs too, including Shiba-Inus, Labrador retrievers, and Malamutes. I am a medical student at EVMS in my 4th year, but have a flexible schedule and can provide your dog with the love, attention, and safety they deserve while you are away. My housemate also has experience with dog sitting and between the two of us someone is almost always home. I am an active person, and am happy to run with your dog or take them to one of the local parks. As a volunteer at the SPCA for 5 years, I know that it takes patience and a kind heart to befriend some of those dogs, and you can be sure that I will provide the same for your pet.
