Pet care experience
I've had cats since I could walk, and I have had personal and professional experience as a dog trainer's assistant, along with a short term dog training internship. I care deeply about the care of animals and love working with others to make sure their pets are well cared for. I've always loved animals and taken care of neighbor's and friends pets ever since I was a kid, and as an adult I take pet care (especially for my own kitty baby) very seriously! I do a lot of research on animal enrichment for my own cat and I have my own special interest in dog enrichment and training.

Lana has done many things for our fur children and household but the one thing they continue to do is offer peace of mind. I never have to worry if they're going to show up or spend enough time with my doggies and kitties - they are always reliable and always take care of our pets the same way we would. I appreciate the photos they send while with them, too! Our family is lucky to have Lana!

When taking care of pets in others homes, pet parent instructions and routines are the most important for me. If you know something works best for your pet, then that's what we're sticking to! If your dog doesn't like the dog park, or doesn't do well meeting other pups, then we'll have a walk route that is a little more quiet. I want to work with you to make sure your bud would be getting the same care you would give them!

A typical day
I love going for long walks with pups. As long as I'm prepared ahead of time with a big bottle of water and some training treats, we're good to go! I do have some medical issues that make me sensitive to heat but I'm still fairly capable.
