Pet care experience
I have always had a deep love for dogs! Other than my dogs, I have taken care of many dogs of friends, family and friends of friends as they were on weekend trips, vacations or a family emergency. Growing up, my family had a yellow Labrador Retriever for 12 years and a Dachshund who is currently 15 y/o. Three years ago I got Francy, an intelligent and bold female corgi! I have learned so much about the full responsibility of being a dog mom.

Lakyn cared(s) for our 15 year old cocker spaniel so lovingly! He takes more prescribed medicines than most elderly people. She administered the medicine so well! He was healthy and spry upon our return from a two week vacation. I would highly recommend her to care for your pet.
Lakyn loves dogs! She has watched my dog a few times and he is always sad to leave. Lakyn takes care of every need and is attentive to every detail!
Lakyn is incredible with pets. She has a dog of her own and treats her like a child. She takes her dog in regularly to watch her health. She treats all pets she comes near as if they were her own! In my home or yours, I give so much more than the basic needs for a dog. On top of making sure they are fed, have water, and access for pottying, I make sure every dog is loved and cared for. I will play with your dog outside or inside and make sure they abide by rules for cleanliness. I can ensure you that I will leave things how I found them, including your pup. Always keeping safety as a priority!

A typical day
All activities will be approved by the owner and be based on the dog and location. I enjoys walks in various parks and trails, play time at the Iams dog park, fetch, tug-of-war, water activities, car rides, and trick practice to help with any training the owner may have already started.

I am available every weekday from 9am-5pm. I can make some evenings and weekends work so please ask! Other than occasional plans, I am free during the times I am not working.
