Lais did an AMAZING job caring for my two dogs. I was extremely stressed trying to find someone to care for them after my sitter fell through last minute and I'm so glad I found Lais. One of the dogs is a senior dog with heart disease, kidney disease, IBD, a back injury, and an eye injury. She takes over 10 medications a day and eye drops every four hours. My dog has to be given the medications with a pet piller since she refuses to eat if there are meds in her food. She's also not one to eat a lot due to her IBD, but Lais was able to get her to eat multiple times a day and administer the meds with ease. My other dog sometimes nips and some people aren't even able to get his leash on him, but Lais was able to do it every day! She actually bonded with him and enjoyed her time with him; she wasn't intimidated by his anxious nipping and played, cuddled and walked him no problem. I can't recommend Lais enough. I was so stressed having to leave my injured dog behind for a work trip, but Lais did such a good job that I felt more at ease after the first day. She didn't even leave the apartment without my dogs so they were never alone and she waited for me to return home before heading out, despite me saying I could probably find a friend to cover the additional hours. I really appreciated her flexibility and her commitment to my dogs. She also left the apartment very clean! I'll definitely be booking her again!

Lais watched our two doodles for the three day holiday weekend and took such good care of them! She was flexible, communicated well and made sure that they were treated as if they were her own. She also left our house as clean as she found it which is much appreciated! We already have her booked again!
