To whom it might concern, I am Clara, a friend of Lais since we were both 12 years old. First of all, I can say that she is among the most caring, sweet, and responsible people I have ever met. Although all of these characteristics seem important only in people's relationships, I think it also applies to her relationship with pets. I have seen Lais taking care of her previous dogs and cats as well as looking for our friend's pets back home and I can guarantee she keeps the same values with them as she does with human beings.
