Pet care experience
My love for animals runs deep! I have taken care of all kinds of animals since I was little. I did 4-H and horse shows, and showed everything from pigs to goats (which I also bred for many years) to poultry and cows. I have also had reptiles most of my life and have always had dogs and cats which I love dearly! I take my dogs on many walks and hikes regularly as well as take them to the dog parks in town to play with other dogs. I have watched people’s dogs in the past but wanted to do more! I have volunteered with the animal shelter, Laramie Animal Welfare Society, big brothers big sisters, and am also the current Miss Laramie Jubilee Lady-in-Waiting. I have a lot of experience giving oral medications to dogs and all other kinds of animals as well, including cats. I have also given many intermuscular and subcutaneous shots to dogs, horses, cows, cats and other animals. I would love to walk or care for your pet, and will give it all the love and attention I give my own!

I’ve known Lainie her whole life and there has never been a time she wasn’t obsessed with animals. She has raised hundreds of animals from snakes to dogs to horses and everything in between. Lainie grew up on a farm and and has spent every day of her childhood taking care of animals. She has always had so much love for animals and I have always been so confident with her abilities when taking care of my pets.
Lainie watches our dogs whenever we go out of town. She does an amazing job! The dogs love her so much! She plays with them, takes them for walks, lives to groom them and even takes them on excursions to the dog park. I secretly think the dogs like it when we leave so that Lainie can come and watch them! It’s obvious that she loves all kinds of animals. She always takes great care of them and I’m never worried about them when she’s taking care of them. She stays at our home and takes care of everything perfectly. She’s an incredible dog sitter! Can’t recommend enough!
Lainie is a great dog sitter! She has lots of patience and compassion when it comes to animals. She has groomed my dog a few times and has always done a great job. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch their beloved pets.

I have a lot of animals and space at my house but currently am not able to have dogs stay over here. I can bring them for a few hours during the day but other than that I can not have them over here as my parents have too many dogs as it is and we have lots of free range poultry and no dog proof fences!

I have no breed preferences but would like to know about the dogs personality and what they are comfortable with so as to keep them as happy as possible when they are with me!
A typical day
I love to go on walks with my dogs up at Happy Jack, on the Laramie river green belt, in the pilot hill area, vedauwoo, and on the dirt roads surrounding my house. My dogs also enjoy swimming in the Laramie river. I love taking dogs to the dog park, and grooming dogs that need it at owners request.

Availability
I am currently a flight student with a very flexible schedule. I have no other part time job however I am looking for one. I live in Laramie but my flight school is in Cheyenne so I am over there often but not as much, however I am usually able to house sit in both towns!
