Pet care experience
I've been caring for my personal pets since my childhood; and expanded my passion for animals by working for local shelters, animal services, my local aquarium, and most recently I spent 10 months working for a veterinary clinic/boarding facility while becoming certified in dog behavior. I was responsible for between 40 and 60 dogs on a daily basis, and was handling them without assistance. I was required to spend 3 sessions a week with a professional dog trainer who allowed me to grow my skills greatly in a short time. I understand how dogs react to their surroundings and how to redirect their attention if needed. I am able to cater to elderly and special needs dogs with compassion, as well as administer medication quickly/efficiently if needed.

Lainie is very knowledgeable and trustworthy when it comes to dogs, not to mention other animals. She is kind, patient and gentle. She loves animals and has always enjoyed working with them. You will bever have to worry, she will always take the utmost care of any creature entrusted to her care.
Lainie has been caring for my animals for years now. She helped me through hard times, my pit bull has had a skin problem, she knows so many options and really helped me out. Also she does my cats nails for me since they always gave me a problem. When it comes to dogs and cats wow she works wonders, She is magic with animals. I highly recommend her for this job!
Lainie has a true love for animals, and our pets can tell - they get so happy and confident when she comes around to help with house-visits, walks or boarding! Communication, pictures and updates are always very thorough, and we would highly recommend Lainie for any service you and your fur-babies need! We have used her multiple times to watch both our cat and dog for long periods of time while we went on vacation and we never once worried about them. She was wonderful and made us very comfortable while caring for our fur-babies!
A person I would trust to my dogs and they are my everything, so thats saying a lot. Lainie loves animals and will be sure to treat them better than anyone could!

I always like to know the breed of the pup before we meet and anything that would help me to understand their behavior better. For example, "does your dog have any food/environmental allergies?" "is your dog fearful of men/women?" "does your dog require anything special during our time together?" *I love all dogs, the only breed I personally feel uncomfortable about are Akita's and will be unable to care for that breed.
A typical day
Dogs will always be walked in the shade whenever possible and not on hot asphalt or sidewalks. I have a large backyard with shade and grass and LOTS of toys!
